Virtual Counseling
At Think Peace, we work with individuals to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Think Peace provides an honest and caring approach to help people identify their struggles and create realistic plans to address their needs.
We recognize that therapy is a vital way of addressing life’s dilemmas. During the therapeutic process, we work together to explore presenting concerns, limiting beliefs, and interpersonal struggles. From there, we identify appropriate strategies and create a plan to challenge and change previously restrictive behaviors and thought patterns.
We employ a culturally sensitive approach to therapy that values, embraces and utilizes diversity in the therapeutic process. Think Peace practices a patient and straightforward style that is customized to the client’s needs. While our work with clients incorporates elements of various modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Gottman Therapy for couples, Think Peace realizes that one size does not fit all. Our work together is about what makes sense for you.
While seeking help is a great start to your mental wellness journey, it’s only the beginning. The effort and dedication given to bettering yourself can be tough but its benefits are immeasurable. Congratulations on starting the process. We bid you health, peace, and love.
